Couple detained in child theft case, stern action after police probe

Police on Tuesday detained a couple in connection with alleged theft of a newborn baby girl. The infant was allegedly stolen from the Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of SCB Medical College and Hospital on Monday.
