Firecracker Sale Without Green-Certificate Will Attract Action: Bhubaneswar DCP

The Bhubaneswar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Umashankar Das on Tuesday (Nov 2) informed that the police would conduct raids on shops and take action against those selling firecrackers without a Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) certificate.
