Cold Wave Sweeps Odisha | Homeless Suffer

As cold wave sweeps parts of Odisha, homeless are bearing the brunt. Despite several night shelters, many people in Rourkela have to spend nights in the open without a roof over their heads. With severe cold warning issued by the Regional Meteorological department for coming days, the situation is going to get worse for these helpless and homeless.
