In a shocking incident, four persons were critically injured in acid attack after a fight between two families in Bargarh Municipality area on Saturday (Dec 11). The injured identified as Manoj Soni, Geeta Devi, Gundu Bhoi and Pinku Sharma, were shifted to Burla Hospital for treatment after their condition deteriorated.
As per reports, a heated altercation broke out between two brothers and it took an ugly turn when the older sibling allegedly hurled acid at his younger brother in the heat of the moment. When neighbours tried to intervene, the irate brother allegedly also threw acid on them, injuring three others in the process.
