Throwing caution to the wind, thousands of people gathered at the Old City in Hyderabad to celebrate Bonalu festival at a time when the third wave is knocking on the doors. People were seen openly flouting Covid19 norms by not wearing masks or maintaining social distancing. Bonalu is a traditional festival celebrated in Telangana every year.
