In all probability, the Kapil Sharma Show fame Sunil Grover - popular as Gutthi and Dr Mashoor Gulati might return to the popular comedy show. Yes, you heard that right.
In a recent interview, actor-comedian Sunil Grover hinted at the possibility of working with his former colleague Kapil Sharma again. During his interaction with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Sunil Grover was asked what he thinks of Kapil, and if they would be working together ever again.
In reply, the actor said that there are no such plans as of now. However, if someday, something comes up, then they will definitely work together, Sunil said. If this happens, then fans would consider it the biggest surprise by their favourite comedians. With his stupendous performance, Sunil Grover won many hearts and he keeps his fans entertained no matter what. Sunil became very popular for his memorable comic characters, Gutthi in ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ and Dr Mashoor Gulati in 'The Kapil Sharma Show.'
'The Kapil Sharma Show' kept on shattering its own records, when suddenly in 2017, after an ugly fight with the host Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover quit the show and never returned. It was reported that comedian Kapil misbehaved and attacked him onboard a flight. Since then, Sunil was never seen in Sony TV's 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Apart from portraying the characters of Gutthi and Dr Mashoor Gulati, Sunil was also seen as Rinku Bhabhi, Pidhu (based on Navjot Singh Sidhu), and duplicate Amitabh Bachchan characters.
On the work front, Sunil is currently waiting for the release of crime-thriller comedy web series ‘Sunflower’, which will start streaming on ZEE5 from June 11.
