After a year-long struggle, Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty is likely to be back on the big screen again.
It’s been a year since actor Rhea Chakraborty has been in negative limelight following the unfortunate demise of her boyfriend and actor Sushant Singh Rajput. As per the latest reports, Rhea Chakraborty has been offered the iconic character of Draupadi in a modern-day adaptation of mythological epic, Mahabharata.
It is believed that the movie is a big project with a unique and different take on Mahabharata and the character of Draupadi. The story will be set in a modern and contemporary world, something that reportedly hasn’t been done before. Reports suggest that the actress has accepted the offer.
Rhea recently grabbed the headlines for becoming the ‘Most Desirable Women for 2020’ according to the Times list. After a tough last year, the 28-yr-old actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film ‘Chehre’ opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi.
Rhea Chakraborty made her acting debut in Tollywood in 2012. Later, she was seen in Hindi films like Bank Chor, Half Girlfriend and Mere Dad Ki Maruti. She was last seen on the big screen in 2018 romantic drama Jalebi.
