Odisha To Intensify Vaccination Before Possible Covid 3rd Wave: Health Official

The impact of the third wave of Covid-19 has been observed to be less severe than the second wave; however Odisha is prepared for all situations. Odisha Public Health Director, Niranjan Mishra said this on Monday (June 21).

The Health Director stated that even though the arrival of a third wave is merely a speculation, the state is prepared to tackle all situations. Mishra also emphasized that a faster inoculation process will help in reducing the impact of the third wave, in case it arrives in the near future.
