CHSE Admit Card
Following cancellation of the Class 12 Board exams, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Odisha, has issued Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Class 12 students and authorities with regard to submission of practical records and issuance of admit cards, respectively.
The deadline for submitting practical records is July 7, however, relaxations will be provided for cases where examinee or their kin are Covid positive. This is also applicable for cases where the Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges come under a containment zone.
Ex-Regular examinees are required to submit all previous failed Mark Sheets (Original and Xerox copy) and copies of Admit Cards to the Higher Secondary School. This is to be done while collecting the Admit cards and submitting the Practical Records directly or through registered post. As per the official notification, the admit cards for students have already been issued. The students can download them online from the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) website from June 25.
In a letter to the Principals of all affiliated Higher Secondary Schools and Colleges, the CHSE Controller of Examinations has advised to avoid physical-mode of distribution of admit cards and collection of practical records as much as possible.
