Odisha Man Records Himself On Video While Killing Self Over Wife's 'Illicit Affair'

In a shocking incident, a man allegedly recorded himself on his mobile phone while committing suicide over wife's illicit affair at Sologaon village under Parjang Police Limits of Dhenkanal district on Monday (Aug 24). The deceased has been identified as Pradeep Behera from the village.

As per reports, Pradeep was a truck driver. His family members alleged that he took this extreme step after discovering that his wife had an illicit affair with another man of the same village. The video which has since gone viral, shows Pradeep keeping his phone on recording mode before attempting to hang himself in front of his house. T

he video shows Pradeep trying to climb up on the bricks to take his life. However, after two failed attempts, Pradeep finally managed to hang himself to death, while the entire incident was recorded on the video. After receiving information, officials of Mahaveer Police outpost rushed to the spot and launched a probe into the matter.
