A man from Odisha was allegedly administered two doses of Covid-19 vaccine within a span of five minutes. This incident was reported from Betanati in Mayurbhanj district.
It is alleged that Prasanna Kumar Sahoo was wrongly administered two doses of Covid-19 vaccine in Khuntapurvaccination center near Betanati.
According to Prasanna, he was administered the first dose of vaccine by a health worker in the center, who later left the room for getting some papers. In the meantime, another health worker entered the room and administered another dose of the vaccine to Prasanna.
Following the incident, a medical team was sent to investigate the matter, informed the Betanati Hospital representative.
