Odia Jawan's Call For Help To Save Family From Mental Torture Goes Viral

This video purportedly of an Indian army sepoy (soldier), stationed at Jammu and Kashmir has gone viral. The jawan is expressing his helplessness for being unable to help his parents in distress back home.

As per reports, the sepoy in the video has been identified as Nanegopal Mohapatra from Tinidesha village in Balasore district of Odisha. In the video, the jawan has alleged injustice and harassment meted out to his aging parents back home. Mohapatra in his video alleged that his parents are being harassed by neighbours over a land dispute.

Mohapatra's father Manoranjan stated that the neighbours stopped the construction work of their house and also filed a false complaint against the sepoy and his family. Meanwhile, Nilagiri SDPO stated that an inquiry was launched into the matter after a complaint was lodged.
