The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed on Friday that at least 20,04,628 doses of COVID19 vaccine have been administered in the city by August 12th. Among these 8,84,946 people in various categories have been administered both doses, informed the BMC Commissioner.
Moreover, as many as 11,19,628 persons have received the first dose of the vaccine in the city. Commenting on the ongoing vaccination, the Commissioner said that drive-in vaccination has been stopped and there is no rush at vaccination centres. People can easily walk in and take their vaccines.
