Matric Results 2021: Jagatsinghpur Girl Monalisa Biswal Becomes District Topper

A thatched house and its residents at Nandigram village under Naugaon Block of Jagatsinghpur district are currently in news. In particular, the daughter of the house - Monalisa Biswal. She recently cleared the Matric exams with flying colours and has emerged as the district topper! Monalisa’s father, Panchanan Biswal is an agricultural labourer and he works hard to sustain his family. The family comes from a weak financial background and doesn’t even have a pucca house to live in. But despite the circumstances, Monalisa managed to study hard during the pandemic period and make her family proud.
