One of the leaders in the IT industry, Cognizant Technology Solutions has initiated its Ninja Hiring process, a major recruitment campaign to fill up over 1 lakh vacancies. As per the official announcement, the company would be hiring 1 lakh laterals and 30,000 fresh graduates in India this year.
Not only this, the company also has plans to recruit 45,000 more freshers in the country by 2022. CEO Brian Humpries said that the business environment for the company has significantly increased, leading to these recruitment plans.
Candidates seeking jobs in the company can apply for the vacancies through this recruitment campaign. They will have to submit their applications on or before 15th September, 2021 (11 PM). The job positions mostly involve providing expert solutions for infrastructure, hardware and software installations, networking queries and applications.
In order to be eligible, candidates should be 3-year graduates from the 2019, 2020 and 2021 batch. They would also need to have scored at least 50% in UG, Diploma, Class XII and X, with a gap period not longer than two years. The company has already started inviting online applications for a variety of job positions in the country.
Currently, the workforce at Cognizant comprises more than 3,01,200 employees. In 2020, the IT firm had hired almost 23000 fresh graduates. With the business booming, the hiring process of Cognizant is unlikely to stop so soon.
The Ninja Hiring recruitment process would not just provide the company with the workforce it needs, but has also created a large number of job opportunities in the country.
