In a shocking incident, a woman alleged that her husband hacked into her social media account and uploaded objectionable videos online. The complainant woman has been identified as a resident of Sunderpada area in Bhubaneswar.
The woman alleged that her husband and his family had started harassing her, merely days after marriage six months ago. She said that her husband had started harassing her after she failed to bring him dowry. Following the harassment, the complainant was reportedly staying with her parents in Bhubaneswar.
However, the woman alleged that more than a month ago, her husband had hacked into her social media account and had uploaded objectionable videos of her online in an attempt to tarnish her image.The woman also alleged that her husband kept uploading her objectionable videos online even after she warned him against doing so.
In this regard, the complainant met Twin City Police Commissioner Saumendra Priyadarshi on Tuesday (August 3) demanding action against her husband. Meanwhile, the complainant’s husband clarified that he would provide all the proof from his side to the court and he is co-operating with the police and the law.
