Ace sprinter from Odisha, Dutee Chand qualified for the Tokyo Olympics on Wednesday. As per media reports, Dutee Chand qualified for Tokyo Olympics on the basis of the current World Rankings. Currently Dutee is ranked 44th in the world rankings in 100m and 51st in 200m. In the Indian Grand Prix 4 organised in Patiala last week, the ace sprinter broke her own 100m national record, clocking 11.17 seconds. However, she missed the automatic Olympic qualification time by 0.02 seconds. While speaking exclusively to OTV, the sprinter said that she will definitely perform well in the Olympics.
