The number of Covid-19 cases in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar are not seeing a desirable decline because of increased surveillance & testing. However, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) has remained below 5 per cent, informed Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Chief, CBK Mohanty on Friday (July 9).
