Coronavirus Update: Odisha Reports Record High Of 12238 #COVID19 Cases, 19 More Die

Odisha on Friday witnessed the biggest single-day spike in new Covid-19 infections and deaths. As many as 12238 Covid cases were detected in the last 24 hours, the highest so far in the pandemic, pushing the active caseload to 86950 in the state. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) is as high as 24 per cent. The virus has also claimed lives of 19 persons during the period.
