Children More Prone, But Covid-19 Third Wave Still In Assessment Stage In Odisha: DMET Chief

Emphasising on the importance of caution ahead of the third wave, chief of Odisha DMET (Directorate of Medical Education and Training) CBK Mohanty informed on Friday that children are more likely to get infected with COVID-19 as they are not vaccinated.

But he said children had been affected in the first and the second wave as well. According to the DMET chief, the health officials are still in the assessment stage as far as the third wave is concerned.
