The date for registration of Counsellors and teachers for its online career guidance and counselling portal for students has been extended till September.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) informed the same through a notification on Friday (August 27). According to the notification, the last date for registration for training has been extended till September 6. The board in the notification also added that all CBSE affiliated schools can register for this training program. Earlier on August 4, CBSE had launched a dedicated online portal on career guidance and counselling for students.
Through the portal cbsecareerguidance.com students can get information related to career, college directories, courses, scholarships and competitive examinations. CBSE had earlier requested its affiliated schools to submit details of two counsellors or teachers who would be trained on the portal through a digital training session. The last date for registration had been set on August 20 which has now been extended till September 6. The training on the portal will commence from September 10 till October 10.
