This year, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Class 10th results are being finalised on the basis of internal assessment as exams were cancelled because of the pandemic situation. While the Class 12th results have already been declared, Class 10 students continue to wait for Board's clarification regarding the result dates.
As the Supreme Court had asked CBSE and other boards to declare results by July 31, the Class 10 results were expected to be out on August 1 or by August 2. However, it seems results might get delayed further. CBSE Exam Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj reportedly informed that the Board results for Class 10 students may be declared this week.
Though the official did not confirm the date and time of result declaration, he said that the Board would start working on Class 10th result and try to deliver it by next week, i.e., before August 8.
Once the results are declared, students can access their scores on the official websites of the CBSE – cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. Students will need to use their roll numbers. Those who don’t have their roll numbers can download it from cbse.gov.in.
