There was a time when Jungkook of the insanely popular Korean boy-band, BTS, had shed tears for another member of the group! The member that we are talking about here is the 'sunshine' of the septet, Jung Hoseok, popular as J-Hope.
In a section of their documentary film, 'Burn The Stage', the band members reminisced in a candid chat that the group would have been quite different, had things not worked out in a way they had anticipated. The members were chit-chatting over drinks and dinner when J-Hope revealed that he almost would not have debuted with the band.
He mentioned that he had decided to leave the group to pursue his solo dance career, but changed his decision thanks to Jungkook, who cried a lot when that happened. Jungkook, who is the youngest of the band, shares an intimate bond with each of the members who treat the 'maknae' of the group as their youngest brother. During the conversation, it was revealed that Jungkook's emotional words moved J-Hope and he eventually changed his mind.
Meanwhile, the leader of the group RM told their record label 'Big Hit' that they couldn't debut without J-Hope and needed him in the band. RM had said about telling them that RM needed Jung Hoseok and that they can’t make it without him. In the documentary, J-Hope is also seen saying, “I came back because I trusted you guys.”
Well, the BTS Army surely is glad that J-Hope decided to stay back in the group and bless fans worldwide with his trademark line - “I’m your hope, you’re my hope, I’m J-Hope!”
