BJP Youth Leader From Odisha's Balasore Beaten To Death In Mayurbhanj

In a shocking incident, a youth leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was allegedly beaten to death in Mayurbhanj district on Saturday. The incident occurred around 10 last night in Nuasahi village under Kaptipada police limits in Mayurbhanj district.

As per reports, the youth was on way to his in-laws' house when he was allegedly dragged out of his car and brutally beaten to death over an alleged road rage incident. The deceased identified as Rajit Pradhan hails from Balasore district and was the in-charge of BJP Balasore Yuva Morcha.

Based on a written complaint filed by Rajit's family at the Kaptipada Police Station, Police arrested three persons from Khunta area in Mayurbhanj district late last night. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
