Bhubaneswar ‘Real Estate Builder’ Arrested For Marrying Multiple Women

In a sensational case, a man was arrested by Commissionerate Police in Bhubaneswar today (July 8) for allegedly marrying multiple women. The accused identified as Priyabrat Mishra used to get in touch with women with good financial condition and would introduce himself as a real-estate builder.

Then he would allegedly marry them taking dowry in lakhs. Later, he allegedly harassed the women for more dowries and removed them from his house. Priyabrat’s family was also reportedly involved with him in tormenting and harassing these women.

The incident came to the fore after one woman filed a complaint against Priyabrat at Capital Police Station while another woman filed a separate complaint at the Mahila Police station. Both complainants have demanded strict action against Priyabrat. They have also demanded return of all the money and belongings which are currently in the possession of the accused.
