After the sudden demise of TV actor Sidharth Shukla, the focus of many has shifted towards a rising trend of increasing number of deaths among young people due to cardiac arrest. Many fans seemed concerned but thousands who did not believe the heart attack-theory questioned the veracity of the claims.
Twitter was filled with posts mentioning - Can a fit-looking person like Sidharth actually suffer a cardiac arrest? Amid the entire hullabaloo, a Twitter user Soumyadipta reminded people how just a year before, Kashmir had lost a promising model to heart attack, and that he was just 28 then.
Aspiring actor Junaid Shah had gone viral some years ago for bearing an uncanny resemblance to Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. Junaid Shah who looked extremely similar to Ranbir, had taken the internet by storm and had even earned a few modeling projects in Mumbai after blowing up as Kapoor's doppelganger! However last year, Junaid had to return to Kashmir to take care of his ailing father.
Days later he passed away suddenly after suffering a massive cardiac arrest. Junaid's death had come as a massive shock to all, given his age and the fact that he had no signs of heart ailments before that. Well, a lot of people in their 20s and 30s are suffering from heart attack for reasons aplenty.
Senior doctors have asserted that this could be due to obesity, hypertension, smoking, doing recreational drugs, stress, junk food habits and a family history of heart disease among other reasons.
