Afghan Crisis: Afghani Student Studying In Utkal University, Shares His Experience

This is Ehshan Ulla Nuri, a student from Afghanistan studying in Odisha. Ehshan is presently pursuing his MSc in Computer Science at Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. However, he is worried about his family living in Afghanistan amid the ongoing turmoil and chaos that prevails in the country.

Staring at an uncertain future, Ehshan and many other students like him are having sleepless nights worrying about their families in Afghanistan. Although some families from Kabul managed to flee to other nations, the situation is not same for all in the country after Taliban seized the capital city of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the Utkal University authorities have taken steps to assist these distressed students from Afghanistan. According to the University Vice-Chancellor Professor Sabita Acharya the varsity is taking care of these students and their safety.
