Top businessman and husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty - Raj Kundra has been in the negative spotlight ever since he was arrested in a pornography case recently. Soon after the news of his arrest broke, many people came out to in the open to share their past experiences with Raj Kundra and his associates.
Now, actress-model Poonam Pandey who had earlier filed a case against Raj Kundra, made some startling revelations against him. The model has also urged others to come out and speak about their experiences with the businessman and his team.
In a video message to IANS, Poonam Pandey claimed that in 2019, Raj Kundra and his associates had threatened her and forced her to sign a contract. She alleged that his team told her she would have to shoot whatever or whenever they said, or else they would leak her private information. And when she denied signing the contract, Raj Kundra allegedly leaked her phone number along with a message which said 'Call me now.
I will strip for you', the model has claimed. Poonam still remembers how this act resulted in her receiving objectionable calls and messages that were derogatory in nature. She says she got phone calls from around the world including threatening messages. Poonam further said that she was living like a fugitive after this and was scared that something would happen to her because of the scary messages.
It is to be noted that Poonam Pandey had filed a case against Raj Kundra for fraud and theft in 2019. She had alleged in her complaint that she had signed a deal with Kundra and his company Armsprime Media, which was handling her app, but Kundra and his associates were illegally using her videos to mint money, even after their contract had ended.
However, Kundra reportedly had then refuted the allegations. Businessman Raj Kundra, who is married to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, was arrested late Monday night by Mumbai Police on charges of allegedly creating and publishing pornographic content through some mobile apps. Kundra has been sent to police custody till July 23.
