The sea is slowly turning rough as the time for Cyclone Yaas landfall approaches. Water level is rising at Udaipur beach causing panic among locals. The water has risen visibly above its usual level. The boats and fishing equipment have been placed at safe distance from the sea The rainfall is erratic, making it difficult to forecast the actual water level.
