#Covid19 Update: India Reports Less Than 1 Lakh Cases After 2 Months

Single-day Covid infections fell below 1 lakh on Tuesday as India reported the lowest cases after 2 months. In last 24 hours, 86,498 new coronavirus cases were detected in the country. As many as 2,123 Covid-19 patients succumbed to the deadly virus, taking the total deaths in the county to 3.51 lakh.

India's daily Covid-19 cases FALL BELOW 1 lakh after two months. Country registered 86,498 INFECTIONS in last 24 hours, lowest in 66 days. India's overall tally of COVID-19 cases now stands at 2,89,96,554. ACTIVE CASELOAD in country declines to 13,03,702. In the past 24 hours, 2123 persons SUCCUMBED to the deadly infection.

Total 3,51,309 persons have DIED OF THE VIRUS in India so far. As of now, 27341462 Covid patients have been DISCHARGED/CURED in the country. India's RECOVERY RATE increases to 94.29%. India has so far VACCINATED 23,61,98,726 individuals.
