Ananya Panday, the B-town diva and actor Chunky Panday’s daughter, has successfully created a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. Ananya, who kick-started her acting journey in 2019 with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year 2’ has emerged to be one of the most adored and popular star kids of Bollywood. In the same year, the 22-year-old actress blew the audience away with her wonderful performance in "Pati Patni Aur Woh". And, her father, actor Chunky Panday is proud of that.
Speaking to IANS recently, Actor Chunky Panday said that he always wants to be known as Ananya Panday's father. Talking about Annaya's growing success, Chunky recalled the time when his father shared the excitement of being known as the ‘Aankhen’ actor's father. Chunky also recalled how his father used to call him by using the STD line to expresses his happiness and how much he was proud of him. And now, Chunky feels exactly the same for his daughter Ananya.
The 58-year-old actor said that seeing Ananya's success makes him proud and happier than seeing his own success. Ananya will soon debut in Telugu films with Puri Jagannadh's 'Liger', which also stars Vijay Deverakonda. Apart from 'Liger', the B-town diva has Shakun Batra's to-be-titled film with Deepika Padukone in the pipeline.
