Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for the release of his next film ‘Dhamaka’ on streaming platform Netflix and is busy promoting his film across channels and shows.
Keeping up with the same, Kartik along with female leads Mrunal Thakur and Amruta Subhash will be seen in an upcoming episode of the popular comedy show, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show.’
And, fans are up for a lot of excitement in the episode.
In a recent promo released by the makers, TKSS host Kapil Sharma is seen taking a dig at Kartik for stealing Akshay Kumar’s film. Yes, you heard that right! In the promo, Kapil is seen teasing the actor in context to his own movies and said, “Jaise maine ek baar film ki thi na teen biwiyon wali…uske baad Kartik ne kari ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. …Phir mera ek show Netflix par kiya…uske baad Kartik ne film kar daali, toh apne rakha hai ki sirf top celebrities ko hi follow karenge?” and the audience couldn’t help but laugh! Kapil then brought Akshay Kumar into the conversation and said, “Akshay paaji ka toh aapko pata hai, unhone kaam chheenne mein three-year degree course kiya hua hai” (Akshay Kumar has done a 3-year degree course on snatching work of others).
The show’s host then continued and said, “Yeh pehla banda hai jinhone Akshay Kumar ki film chheen li (He is the first one to snatch Akshay Kumar’s film).” To provide some context, Kartik Aaryan will be seen in the upcoming film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, the first part of which was helmed by none other than Khiladi Kumar.
However, Kartik also didn’t disappoint and retorted with, “Main toh un bando ko dhoondh raha hoon jo mere producers ko bol rahe hai ki Rs100-50 kum le lo lekin Kartik ki film hume de do.” The live audience was seen thoroughly enjoying the banter and the episode is all set to air on Sony television this weekend.

"I have no such intention of not singing bhajans of Lord Jagannath. I can say my turn had not come. Whenever he wants me to sing, no one can stop me from singing his bhajans. It’s a misconception that I am not interested to sing Jagannath’s bhajan. I really felt bad to hear this,” Sagar said.
The story revolves around Bholenath, a cheerful young man who aspires to become a sensational singing idol -- despite his average vocal skills -- and is hopelessly in love with his ad agency colleague Deepika, who isn't even aware of his existence.
