Stree 2 was one of the most awaited horror-comedy of the year and it indeed served the audience with laughter, suspense and impeccable cameos. Yes the cameos. It’s no longer a secret that Varun Dhawan or the Maddock Horror Universe Bhediya had a special appearance in the movie. However, it was Akshay Kumar’s cameo that took internet with a buzz.
Akshay Kumar appeared in Stree 2 as a psychiatric patient who claimed that he comes from the lineage of the vicious villain. He guides them in the movie with an important hint and fans initially thought that the cameo was over.
However, the post-credit scene revealed that Akshay Kumar’s character as a psychiatric patient has so much more to offer. And fans cannot wait to see what’s in store.
Taking to X, one of the fans described Khiladi Kumar’s appearance as the most powerful cameo in the history of Indian cinema that shook the theatre.
The cameo marks Akshay’s return to horror-comedy genre after Bhool Bhulaiyaa which was released in 2007. Coincidentally, Stree-2 clashes with Akshay’s Khel Khel Mein, featuring Taapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Pragya Jaiswal and Aditya Seal.
