Indian Idol 12 Reunion: Pawandeep Gets Emotional After Song With Arunita & Ashish Kulkarni?

Even a month after the culmination of the twelfth season of Indian Idol, the buzz around the contestants refuses to die down. 

All-rounder Pawandeep Rajan went on to garner a massive fan following after winning the mega popular singing reality show on Sony TV. And while he has been in the news for all the right reasons, there is something that recently made him emotional and fans want to know what and why! 

While talking to a national entertainment portal (Pinkvilla), Pawandeep gushed about recording his first song with former co-contestants Ashish Kulkarni and Arunita Kanjilal. 

Interestingly, Pawandeep's song with Ashish was recorded on a grand scale at Yash Raj Studios with over 70 musicians being a part of the track. To this, Pawandeep who himself plays a lot of instruments was all praises for the musicians and was thrilled to have recorded the song with his friend.

After recording the strings section, Pawandeep said it was a pleasure to see these great musicians play live here for their song. The Indian Idol winner was heaped praise on Arunita and appreciated her singing. The Uttarakhand lad also complimented Ashish for completing the song in one-go! 

Meanwhile, producer-director Raj Surani was amazed by the young talent and said he felt as if they are seasoned composers and their composition is sure to bring back the trend of evergreen melody.
