As schools in Odisha have reopened, the risk of COVID19 spread among the students is a matter of concern. Amid such threat, as many as 53 students of a girls’ high school tested positive for Covid-19 in Sundergarh. The infected students are from 8th, 9th and 10th standard. Following this, the Odisha Public Health Director, Niranjan Mishra has requested the students who have symptoms not to attend the schools. He has also asked the authorities to keep monitoring the students with symptoms.
