The Odisha government will appoint around 16,000 teachers by the end of November to fill up the vacancies. This information was communicated by School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash. Speaking to the media, Dash said that the appointment of 16,000 teachers would be done before December this year. The recruitment process is underway and there will be no dearth of teachers. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) exam is in progress and results of some have been declared, he added.
