The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Odisha issued a notice on Monday (Dec 21) instructing all the higher secondary schools to mandatorily complete the Third Quarter-End Examination for Class XII students by January 10, 2022.
This comes amid the board’s plans to conduct the Annual Plus-2 Board exams in Odisha tentatively in the month of March next year, the schedule of which will be communicated by the Board in due time, the notice informed. As per the latest notice, the Board has instructed schools to keep the tabulation of marks of all three quarter-end exams ready for that purpose.
The Board also informed that it would soon complete the allocation of registration numbers for Class 12 students. The CHSE notice also mentioned that the tabulation register maintained at the institution level must contain College roll number of the students and their CHSE registration numbers.
Meanwhile, CHSE informed that the concerned educational institutions will be soon provided with the online links to upload the marks secured by the students in Quarter -End Examinations and thus, the institutions must be in readiness to upload marks.
