The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in a circular has announced the date on which the timeline for the Term 1 board exam paper for Classes 10 and 12 students will be released.
As per the CBSE the Term 1 will be conducted offline and the date sheet for the same will be released on October 18, 2021. The term 1 exams will be conducted in the month of November - December and the Term 2 paper will be conducted between March-April 2022.
The board informed that it has divided the subjects into major and minor subjects, where the exams for minor subjects will be conducted first followed by the major subjects. CBSE in the circular informed that the board took the decision to ensure that there is no learning loss of the students during the exams.
Each exam will be conducted for 90 minutes which will begin from 11:30 AM instead of 10:30 AM keeping in mind the winter season.
Meanwhile, all categories of candidates will be given a reading time of 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes during these exams.
