PM Narendra Modi Gets Second Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccine At AIIMS Delhi

Almost a month after taking his first dose on March 1st, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was administered the second dose of #Covid-19 vaccine at AIIMS hospital in Delhi on Thursday (April 8).
The Prime Minister took to social media to inform everyone about taking the vaccine jab. PM Modi elaborated that vaccination is among the few ways we have to defeat the virus. He urged everyone eligible for the vaccine to take their vaccine doses soon by registering in Cowin.
The Prime Minister also posted a picture of him receiving the jab. As per sources, Modi has taken ‘Covaxin’, which is India’s homegrown vaccine developed by Bharat Biotech. The nurses at AIIMS who administered Prime Minister the vaccine are – P Niveda from Puducherry and Nisha Sharma from Punjab.
