Citing the development of Kalahandi distirct, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said that the district which once portrayed the image of hunger and poverty has now become the rice bowl of the state. The Chief Minister said this while addressing a mega event in the district on the sidelines of the Indravati Irrigation Project inauguration.
