Yulia, a Russian woman, has praised Bengaluru as India’s most livable city. She posted a video on her Instagram handle and lauded the lifestyle and pleasant climate in Bengaluru.
The video shows her strolling through the city’s streets. She wrote, "If I could choose again the city I would want to live in India, my answer would be very clear: #NammaBengaluru.”
Yulia further compared Bengaluru to other Indian cities like Delhi and Jaipur. She said both cities are 'super cold' during winter while cities like Chennai and Mumbai are 'too hot'.
As per the Russian lady, Bengaluru offers the perfect balance. She wrote, "The city that neither gets too cold ( lol, no one can believe yet that I feel super cold in winters in cities like #Delhi #jaipur etc) nor toooo hot ( hello to everyone in #Chennai and #Mumbai)."

She said, "I heard a lot and felt that #Bangalore climate does change ( we never needed an AC in summers 10 years ago and now we can't live without the ACs) but yet - the weather is just beautiful. Technically and practically the girl who was born and brought up in Siberia ( hello frozen nose and minus 50 in winter) can't afford to complain at all about the weather in India. It is sunny, warm, green and as we say in Russia - the heat doesn't break bones."
"But yet I'm super glad to live in the pub capital of India and former paradise for retirement. P.S. No questions about traffic please," she concluded.
