1,000 followers
4,000 watch hours on your channel (within 12 months)
How to Participate in the YouTuber Partner Program

Navigate to the YouTube Studio.
In the left menu bar, select Monetisation.

Wait with patience. YouTube will examine your channel and notify you through email of their decision.
