On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, President of India Ram Nath Kovind on Sunday honoured 44 teachers with National Award in recognition of their contribution to the society.

Speaking after inaugurating the university, Kovind noted that he was confident that the Mahayogi Gorakhnath University would prepare such knowledgeable students who would contribute in building a self-reliant, strong and healthy India .
