According to sources, samples of 234 students were collected of which 44 found infected with the virus.
The active cases comprise 0.26 per cent of the total infections, while the national COVID-19 recovery rate was recorded at 98.53 per cent, the ministry said.

Nearly half of ventilated patients in the study (47 per cent) died because of COVID-19, a figure that is comparable to national and international death rates, they said.
At their last follow-up in early 2022, the patient with ongoing infection had been infected for more than one year (412 days).
The daily positivity rate was at 0.17 per cent and 12 children were among the newly infected people, it said, adding that 46,795 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
The state now has 822 active cases, while 12,76,782 people have recovered from the disease so far, including 107 in the last 24 hours.
The second worst hit country in terms of cases is India (42,993,494 infections and 515,877 deaths), followed by Brazil (29,391,345 infections and 655,557 deaths).
The number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 4,24,46,171 and the case fatality rate was recorded as 1.20 per cent.
The active COVID-19 cases in the country has dipped to 54,118 and comprised 0.13 per cent of the total infections, while the national COVID-19 recovery rate has further improved to 98.68 per cent, the ministry said.
The second worst hit country in terms of cases is India (42,962,953 infections and 515,036 deaths), followed by Brazil (29,056,525 infections and 652,438 deaths).
The country has also administered over 2 crore precaution doses among the eligible beneficiaries. Additionally, over 97 per cent of India's adult population has also received their first dose of vaccine against Covid-19.
In a research note, India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) said it has maintained a neutral outlook for the Indian pharmaceutical sector for FY23.
