A bizarre sight was witnessed at Bihar's Katihar district on Sunday (Sept 12). This is Azad Alam, a candidate for the upcoming Panchayat polls in the State. Alam who hails from Katihar district's Rampur Panchayat arrived to file his nomination on a Buffalo.

Neeraj Kumar further said that the video clearly indicates the difference between the poor and rich. He was arrogantly sitting inside the SUV and distributing currency notes to villagers.
