Sharjah: In a record run-chase, Rajasthan Royals emerged on top of Kings XI Punjab at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday. Rajasthan Royals chased a steep target of 223 with 3 balls to spare. Sanju Samson's 85 and a blistering 53 from Rahul Tewatia powered Royals to an emphatic victory

Earlier in the day, a maiden century from Mayank Agarwal and his epic 183-run opening stand with captain KL Rahul helped Kings XI Punjab score 223/2 batting first.

Agarwal (106) and Rahul (69) stitched 183 runs for the opening stand, the highest partnership for any wicket so far this season as they took apart the Royals bowlers who were also wayward in their line and length.
