Virat Kohli is currently at the peak of his career. The Indian captain recently celebrated his 31st birthday with wife Anushka Sharma in Bhutan and even shared beautiful pictures of their outing. It is a fact that Kohli is one of the greatest Indian batsmen and the best batsman in the world today who is comfortable batting in all the three formats of the game.

Interestingly, apart from Kohli’s game, his aggressive behavior and sledging on the field also make headlines as the Indian captain never shies away from throwing some harsh words at the opponents. What is more interesting is that the ex-captain of India, Rahul Dravid who is known for a very polite, amicable and cool behavior both on and off the field has supported this aggression of Virat.

Rahul Supporting Virat; What Does Anushka Feel?

A video of “the wall” supporting Kohli and his way of sledging and abusing on the field surfaced recently on social media. The video shows Dravid saying that he understands why it is good for Virat to abuse and be aggressive on the field. According to Dravid, it is a part of Virat Kohli’s personality and his way of getting the best out of himself. When Virat is exploding or expressing his anger on the field he is being authentic to himself which also means he is motivating and encouraging himself to do better or even appreciating himself for his achievement.

Since these aspects are not a part of Dravid’s personality, doing so will not be authentic and justify his behavior on the field. According to Dravid although sometimes being too aggressive can affect the game negatively, being oneself can help bring out the best in a player. At the same time, he warns the young cricketing talent in the country not to follow Virat Kohli in this matter because it may not be a part of their original personality and doing so might affect the authenticity of their game.

Being aggressive on the field is a different thing, but in real life how Virat does handles his mood? Does Anushka Sharma know how to take care of an aggressive Virat?
