Jakarta: Javelin thrower Sundar Singh Gurjar bagged silver in the men's F46 category while Rinku settled for bronze in the same event of the 2018 Para Asian Games here on Thursday.

However, it was disappointment for two-time Paralympic gold medallist Devendra Jhajharia as he finished fourth.

Gurjar notched up his silver with an effort of 61.33 metre in his fifth attempt, while Rinku recorded a personal best of 60.92 metre to settle for the bronze medal.

The gold went to Sri Lanka's Dinesh Herath, who broke the Asian record after a throw of 61.84 metre in his first attempt.
