"U-17 final was a bit tough for me as the opponent was senior and stronger. Other games were normal for me. I am ecstatic after the victory as I registered it at my home town. My next tournament is Senior National Championship. I will try to give my best in the tournament. The victory at my home town is really memorable. There was pressure on me and I had to handle the pressure to perform well," said Tanvi Patri.

"I am not that happy for my performance at the U-17 Girls’ Singles final. So many matches are coming and I have to give my best in all the matches. I am currently training in Bengaluru as my father's office is there and I don't know much about the facilities in Odisha. I am giving six-seven hours to my training on daily basis," she further said.

"I have set a target to play in 2028 Olympics. I have also set a target to win a medal in the World Junior Championship. I am getting some help from the Odisha government in my coaching. Though I am getting tired in my rigorous training, I have to push myself. My aim is to win gold medal in Olympics. I think it's possible by taking coaching in India as our nation has produced some great players. Facilities at the Kalinga Stadium is good. I also got good support and I am feeling proud for my performances here," she added.
