Sharjah: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Saturday won the toss and chose to field against Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. DC scored a whopping score of 228 runs at a loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs and set a massive target for KKR.

While DC are looking to get back to winning ways after their 15-run defeat to SunRisers Hyderabad in their previous match, the team was off to a terrific start against Kolkata Knight Riders’ bowling attack.

Skipper Shreyas Iyer then joined Prithvi at the middle and both the batsmen added another 73 runs to the board. Meanwhile, Shaw (66) brought up his fifty and got later dismissed by Kamlesh Nagarkoti.
